Who wants to have a Green home? And what do you think are the advantages?
I started buying Melaleuca products. The company is all about “Being Green” and not having toxins in your house. So far I have loved everything, and I am starting to sell the products over the internet at www.stayinhomeandlovinit.com/kylier
They are really awesome products. Has anyone ever heard of this company? What are the best houseplant to have to clean the air? Any other comments?
the advantages are many, both to your family and the environment. We use various products that I have learned work best for us. I like Seventh Generation paper products (TP, Paper towels, facial tissue), Ecos ultra laundry detergent, Ecover dishwasher soap, good old Murphy’s for wood, and baking soda or white vinegar for the bathroom stuff.
We also have gone off grid for electricity, using solar, we heat with wood, and are currently installing a wood/propane cookstove. We drive a hybrid car or bike, and our horse does much of the farm work, like pulling the manure spreader or plowing.
I have heard of melaleuca, but haven’t used them. I went to visit a long lost cousin and was really disappointed that all he wanted to do was sign me up without catching up, so I got kind of soured on the idea, but I have heard only good things about the products.
I hear that spider plants are excellent air cleaners, and they are pretty low maintenance as well.
