complete set of plans for a two storey building?
can someone provide?
one with a set of :
a)electrical
b)mechanical
c)fire safety provisions
d)Green technology
There are too many variables at play:
1) What is the size of the building
2) what type of building is it (commercial residential)
3) What are your requirements regarding rooms (# of baths, rooms, kitchen? etc.)
4) What is the lot like that the building will be constructed on?
Plans, as you’ve outlined above can be had, but not for free. I’d suggest you go to an architect and explain what you are after and pay him/her to draw you up plans that meet your needs.
